    We love Hale Kai and come back every year. This is our first time in 113 and we were pleasantly surprised with how nice this unit was upgraded and decorated. We also like that it was to the side of the pool, so the view was unobstructed of the ocean.

    The unit is on the side, so it has more windows and airflow, but it also is a little louder in the mornings with people coming and going.

    My only real suggestion for the unit would be more hooks to hang and dry things outside and in the bathroom area. We already booked for next year and can't wait to be back!

    We have been coming to Hale Kai for over 20 years and it still has such a peaceful charm, friendly and knowledgeable office manager Melody which just makes for a perfect and relaxing paradise get-away. If not being amongst all the tourist and high end hotel hoopla then Hale Kai is the perfect place. Over the years we have stayed in many of these units at Hale Kai but 113 definitely ranks as one of the best. Come relax, enjoy all the home amenities with your own private beach, pool, BBQ and laundry room. If small and quaint is what you are look for ... look no further than Hale Kai.

    Absolutely Love this place, stayed here for our 10th wedding anniversary and 2 years after came with our kids. Pool right at your door step, ocean front, quite guests, market is 5 minutes away with all the food you need and fresh fruits. Facility is always clean, management is wonderful!

    Love Hale Kai been coming for over 20 years. Like the location of 113 but that is it. Place looked rundown with a disgusting bathroom and floor tile. Bed and coach are extremely uncomfortable. Bedroom is next to the sprinkler system that sounds like a freight train running at midnight - every night....

    Pool was nice but the pool chairs, umbrellas and pool deck are a mess. Place is getting rundown may need to find another location.
